The kindergarten is guided in the processing of personal data by the current legislation governing the processing of personal data.

We process personal data primarily for the fulfillment of public obligations arising from laws or contracts in accordance with the legislation and on the basis of the created legal acts.

​

If the personal data is not processed in order to fulfill public obligations arising from laws or contracts, the kindergarten asks you for your consent to the processing of personal data.

​

The duties of a data protection officer are performed by Urmas Tokman, Counselor of the Chancellery of the Narva City Government. The City Data Protection Officer can be contacted by email  urmas.tokman@narva.ee .
