Daily routine for a cold period

  • 6:30 - 8:00 Reception, examination, games, morning exercises

  • 8:00 - 8:35 Breakfast preparation, breakfast

  • 8:35 - 9:40 Educational and play activities

  • 9:40 - 11:20 Preparation for a walk, a walk

  • 11:20 - 12:20 Preparation for lunch, lunch

  • 12:20 - 15:00 Preparation for bed, sleep

  • 15:00 - 15:30 Gradual rise, aerial procedures, play activities, hobby activities

  • 15:30 - 16:10 Preparation for dinner, dinner

  • 16:10 - 16:45 Play activities

  • 16:45 - 18:00 Preparation for a walk, walk, children going home
