Daily routine for a cold period

  • 6:30 - 8:20 Reception, examination, games, morning exercises

  • 8:20 - 8:50 Breakfast preparation, breakfast

  • 8:50 - 10:50 Educational and play activities

  • 10:50 - 12:25 Preparation for a walk, a walk

  • 12:25 - 13:00 Preparation for lunch, lunch

  • 13:00 - 15:00 Preparation for bed, sleep

  • 15:00 - 16:15 Gradual rise, aerial procedures, play activities, hobby activities

  • 16:15 - 16:45 Preparation for dinner, supper

  • 16:40 - 18:30 Preparation for a walk, walk, children going home
